Although the effect of social capital in politics is mainly positive in developed countries, it may have negative reflections in developing or under-developed countries. In developing nations like the Middle Eastern countries its relation with local politics affects most of the social life as well as organizational structures, public institutions, and the sense of belonging to any corporate mechanisms. And this effect is not always positive. The research focuses on the dark side of social capital effect and defines the backstairs-influence of it.
